I’m your host, Kaye B. Last week we talked about effective leadership. Make no mistake, effective leadership doesn’t happen overnight, it’s a skill that is grown. It can be learned and developed so that it becomes a progression asset to the individual and it also benefits the project and it’s stakeholders. Leadership needs continuous improvement. ·      Seeking resources and support for the project

·      Overcoming obstacles to project progress

·      Negotiating and resolving conflict within the project team and stakeholders

·      Providing opportunities for kill growth and development

·      Empowering project team members and delegating responsibilities to them.
